Premier Title & Closing Services, Inc. was established in 1994 based on a vision to provide first-rate title and closing services for community customers. It has been nearly fifteen years since our founding, and in that time, we have expanded our search area to include most of Southeastern Wisconsin. We work with both local and national realtors and lenders. Premier Title & Closing Services, Inc. is a full service title agency providing title insurance to residential and commercial properties, refinancing, home equity loans, new construction, and 1031 exchanges.
