About Premier Title & Closing Services, Inc.

Premier Title & Closing Services, Inc. was established in 1994 by the principles of a Milwaukee area mortgage banker who had a vision of growth and the desire to provide title and closing services for its own operations, but also a new outlet for other community customers to order title commitments.

It has been nearly twelve years since our founding, and in that time we have become Stewart Title Guaranty’s (Title Insurance Underwriter) largest Wisconsin agent.  We also have expanded our search area to include most of Southeastern Wisconsin.  We work with both local and national realtors and lenders.  Premier Title & Closing Services, Inc. can do title work for purchases on residential, commercial and vacant properties, refinancing, home equity loans and 1031 exchanges.
